The quality of the technical parts manufactured through injection moulding is guaranteed by the use of modern machines always updated in acc. to the latest technologies to grant the max efficiency and to keep under control every process, also through SPC stations on each machine, to obtain the max result both in terms of quality and, very important, in cost competition level.
Our technicians design the moulds according to our customers requirements by keeping in consideration their materials and tolerances needs on final applications, and then the same moulds can be manufactured in our tooling department where periodical maintenances are programmed in order to grant and to maintain unchanged over the time all the original characteristics of quality of the product.
The continuous control on the whole process - from mould design to production, with laboratory tests on both raw materials and finished products - provide the customers with a high and certifiable standard of quality.
