FLUORTEN spring energized seals are composed by a jacket made of pure or filled PTFE or in other technopolymers and are energized with a stainless steel spring.
They are particularly suitable for applications where the resistance to aggressive chemical mixtures and to high working temperatures are an unconditional requirement.
The industrial fields which mainly the energized PTFE gaskets are used are: chemical, hydraulic, food-industry and ball valve sectors.
